The Snohomish Regional
Drug Task Force (hereinafter "SRDTF") is a countywide multi jurisdictional task force,
composed of law enforcement, prosecutor, and support personnel, created by an
Interlocal Agreement Establishing Snohomish Regional Drug Task Force dated January
18, 1988, and continuously renewed among participating jurisdictions pursuant to RCW
Chapter 39.34 (hereinafter "Interlocal Agreement"). In
order to accomplish its goals, the Interlocal Agreement provides for the creation of a
Task Force Executive Board (hereinafter "Executive Board") to oversee and coordinate
operation of the SRDTF.
Article 2.
