7 the Task Force Commander prior to distribution of the agenda. The Task Force Commander shall distribute the agenda to Board members prior to the meeting. Article 8. Minutes. The Task Force Commander shall arrange for minutes to be taken of regular and special meetings of the Executive Board. The minutes taken shall be reviewed and approved by a majority of the Board at the next Board meeting. The Task Force Commander shall ensure that Board minutes are retained and available for review by any Board member or as required by law, subject to applicable records retention schedules. Article 9. Staff Attendance and Voting Rights. With the approval of any Executive Board member or the Task Force Commander, SRDTF staff may attend Board meetings. Further, at the discretion of the Chair, such staff may participate in Board meetings, provided that such additional attendees shall not have voting rights. These restrictions shall not apply to alternates appointed under Article 2. Article 10. Financial Responsibility. The Task Force Commander shall report to the Board the funding and expenditures of the SRDTF. Article 11. Disposition of Assets and Equipment upon Termination. Upon termination of the SRDTF, Task Force Executive Board shall dispose of the SRDTF's interest in assets seized or forfeited in accordance with applicable federal, state and county requirements, and shall distribute proceeds in accordance with sections 5.3 and 3.5 of the Interlocal Agreement. Upon termination of the SRDTF, any equipment provided by participating jurisdictions will be returned to those respective jurisdictions. Article 12. Liability. Each party to the Interlocal Agreement has agreed to save, indemnify, defend, and hold the other parties harmless from any allegations, complaints, or claims of wrongful and/or negligent acts or omissions, by said party and/or its officers, 45 BYLAWS OF THE TASK FORCE EXECUTIVE BOARD Page 3 of 4
