I am also returning the 2
markup rolis and marked up drainage report.
Rasponse to Comments
1. (GW- C1) Water& Sewer Approval - Mukilteo Water Dist. As we discussed
on the phone, I talked to Mary Merrian at the Mukilteo Water District who s: ;ted
that the Water & Sewer plans for this project are under the City of Ev„etPs
jurisdiction and that the W/S should be submitted to Ciry of Everett for approval.
Tfiis slieets are included in this submittal. Because all utilities will 6e under
Everett's jurisdiction, 1 have renum6ered the sheets to include all sheets in to the
"C"sheets except the Landscaping sheet which will still be "L1"
2. (GW - C41 Mike Bricks comments. I met with Mike Brick on 5/2/O6 and
discussed his comrrients. Walter also attended this meeting. The widening to 20
feet (or tlie internal roads and addition of some sidewalk requested by Mike is
inchded vith this submittal. Mike said the crosswalks did not need to be added.
Tlie volume increase due to these added impervious areas was added to the
drainage analysis and WS adjusted. (See drainage report.).
3. (JZ - C11 Rock Wall & R/W encroachment comments. The vegetated
treatmen; cell and tlie vaulbvegetated treatment cell access road have both been
moved to outside the R/W. This also eliminates the need for the su6ject rock
walf at the vegetated treatment cell.
4. {JZ - C3) Veqetated Treatment Cell Baffle & Geotech note. As discussed in
3., above, tlie vegetated treatment cell was moved northerly away from the 112'h
St block wall out of the R/W. The catch point for the 3:1 slope from the
vegetated treatment cell is now -26 feet from the toe of the subject 112'" block
wall. Accordingly, the geotechnical note was removed. If the City feels that a
special geotechnical review is necessary, an investigation and letter can be
provided belore final approval of the plans. r ,
\C%
