� <br /> Pagc G o}'11 <br /> 17. The sight distance must be shown on the construction plans at the new driveway. <br /> 18. This site will be served by the Mukilteo Water District. <br /> 19. Delention of storm water runoff is required in accordance with City Standards. <br /> 20. Treatment of storm water runoff from paved areas must occur, per City standards, prior to <br /> discharge of the storm water from the site or to a stream or wetland. Storm water treatment is <br /> required when 5,000 square feet of pavement is created by a project. <br /> 21. The oplions for storm water treatmen: "or lhis project are: <br /> a) an infiltration basin, if suitable soils exist on the site <br /> b) a wetpond <br /> c) a constructed wetland <br /> d) a SMI StormFiller, with pretreatment <br /> 22. All storm water facilities shall be designed in ar,cordance with applicable Cily standards andlor <br /> design policies. <br /> 23. Ali collected surface water exiting the subject property must be conveyed to the branch of Swamp <br /> Creek located to the west of this project. <br /> 24. A speci�lly designated area wili be required for washing of cars by residents of the project. The <br /> area must be hydrologically isolated from the resl of the site, be covered, and wash water from <br /> the area must drain to the sanilary sewer after being routed through a baf(le-type oil/water <br /> separalor designed to City standards. Signs must be posfed on the site-limiting car washing to <br /> the designated area only. The project covenants must contain a clause prohibiting car washing <br /> on the sile outside of the specially designated area. If units are to be rented, the covenant shall <br /> state that a clause lhat restricts vehicle washing on lhe site to the designated area only will be <br /> written into the tenant leases and/or rental agreements. In addition, a note stating lhat car <br /> washing is only permissible in the designated area must be included on the storm drainage plans. <br /> 25. As an alternative to the specially designated car washing area, hose bibs can be eliminated from <br /> the site or resident access to lhem prevented. If this option is exercised, the project covenants <br /> must contain a c!ausn. that prohibits car washing on the site. If units are to be rented, the <br /> covenant shall :�tate that a clause that prohibits vehicle washing on the site wili be written into the <br /> tenant leases a�id/or rental agreements. In addition, a note stating that car washing is prohibited <br /> on the site musl :�e added on the storm draina�e plans. <br /> 26. The project covenants must also contain a clause prohibiting vehicle maintenance on the site. If <br /> units are to be rented, the covenant shall stale that a clause prohibiting vehicle maintenance on <br /> the site will be writter into the tenant leases and/or rental agreemenls. A note stating that vehicle <br /> maintenance is prohiL�ited on the site shall be included on the storm drainage plans. <br /> 27. All storm drains in the development must be stenciled with a message similar to"Dump no waste, <br /> drains to stream." This message is typically spray-painted onto the ground adjacent to the catch <br /> basin with the use of a stencil. The slenciling needs to be repeated, approximately annually, <br /> when the paint wears off. The developer/owner may either perform the stenciling, or give <br /> permission for volunteer groups to enter onlo lhe property and perform the slenciling. <br /> 28. Table 1-5.7 of the City's Stormwater Management Manual contains an error in the "n" values for <br /> sheet fiow. The column of values should read "0.011, 0.05, 0.15, 0.24, 0.41, 0.23, 0.40, 0.80." <br /> I/C/2006 <br />
