Where fire lanes are adjacent to <br /> buildings or structures and when approved or directed by the fire code official, the signs may be <br /> placed on the face of the building or structure. <br /> f. Where directed by the fire code official, specific areas shall be designated and those areas <br /> are to be marked with diagonal striping across the width of the fire lane. Diagonal marking shall <br /> be used in conjunction wilh painted curbs and/or edge striping and shall run at an angle of 30 to <br /> 60 degrees from one side to the other. These diagonal lines shall be in red traNc paint, parallel <br /> with each other, at least 6 inches in width and 24 inches apart. Lettering shall appear as above. <br /> 8. Fire Flow- Minimum fire flow requirements for single and two-family residences under 3600 <br /> square feet is 1000 gpm; over 3600 square feet, fire flow is according to 2003 International Fire <br /> Code, Appendix B. <br /> 9. Premise Identification - Premises shall be clearly identified by the correct address at the street <br /> entry. To iniliate new service orders, <br /> please contact Marilyn Davis Westlund at (425)356-7512 at least 90 days prior to lhe required in- <br /> service date. <br /> Any relocation of existing gas facilities for this development will be at the developer's sole <br /> expense, and requires 90 days minimum nolice. Please contact Elaine Babby at (206)224-2018 <br /> to coordinate relocalion requests. <br /> 2. The Snohomish County PUD currently has sufficient capacity to serve the proposed <br /> development. For further information about lhe electrical service requirements for lhis project, <br /> please call Kurt Martin of lhe DistricCs Customer Engineering Ofiice, Everett at (425)258-8291. <br /> 3. Verizon Northwest has facilities near this localion. However, any building entrances must be <br /> coordinated at least 60 days in advance. The cost of any relocation of Verizon facilities that is <br /> required to construct the new apartments will be at the total expense of the developer. Any <br /> relocation wiil take 60 to 120 days. Verizon Northwest will provide service to the site. However, new telephone cable construction will <br /> be required in conjunction wilh the sile development.
