The words 'NO PARKING - FIRE LANE' shall be in 3-inch stroke white lelters 18 inches in height, and placed 8 inches measured perpendicular(rom the red paint stripe on the pavement. In most cases, bolh sides of lhe access road shall be marked. Where long drives are to be marked, the repetitions shall alternate sides of lhe drive. e. Marking shall also include the addition of inetal signs stating 'NO PARKING - FIRE LANE- TOW AWAY ZONE' to be installed at inlervals or locations designaled by the fire code official.
