Fire Flow- Minimum fire flow requirements for single and two-family residences under 3600 <br /> square feet is 1000 gpm; over 3600 square feet, fire flow is according to 2003 International <br /> Fire Code, Appendix B. <br /> 9. Premise Identification - Premises shall be clearly identi(ied by lhe correct address at the <br /> street entry. Buildings shall be clearly identified so as to be visible and legible from the <br /> access road. Individual apartments and suiles, where applicable, shall be clearly and legibly <br /> identified from the access road. <br /> 10. Permits are required from the Fire Department for removal and i�stallation of underground <br /> fuel tanks. <br /> 11. Abandoned tanks shall be pumped out and the fuel properly disposed of prior to removal. No <br /> product or rinse water may be disposed oF in such a way that it could enter ihe storm drains <br /> system. <br /> 12. Trash Collection - Dumpsters over 1.5 cubic yards capacity shall be located a minimum of 5 <br /> feet from the building [IFC 304.3.3, 2003 EditionJ. <br /> GENERAL INFORMATION <br /> 1. Puget Sound Energy is the natural gas provider in this area. To initiate new service orders, <br /> please contacl Marilyn Davis Wesllund at (425)356-7512 at least 90 days prior lo the <br /> required in-service date. <br /> Any relocation of existing gas facilities for this development will be at the developer's sole <br /> expense, and requires 90 days minimum notice. Please contact Elaine Babby at <br /> (206)224-2018 to coordinate relocalion requests. <br /> 2. The Snohomish County PUD currently has sufficient capacity to serve the proposed <br /> development. For furlher information about the electrical service requirements for this <br /> project, please call Kurt Martin of lhe Districl's Customer Engineering Office, Everett at <br /> (425)258-8291. <br /> 3. Verizon Northwest has facilities near this location. However, any building entrances must be <br /> coordinated at least 60 days in advance. The cost of any relocation of Verizon facilities that <br /> is required lo construct lhe new apartments will be at the total expense of the developer. Any <br /> relocation will take 60 to 120 days. Verizon Norlhwest will provide service to lhe site. However, new telephone cable <br /> construclion will be required in conjunction with the site development. Verizan's engineering <br /> will bec�in when they are notified of your construction schedules and telephone requirements. <br /> 5. It will be the developer's responsibilily to provide a suitable combination of� iduit and <br /> trenching and/or riser conduit to accommodale Verizon's network commun..:ations cable <br /> within the complex. Provided that an acceptable combination of conduit and/or trenching is <br /> incorporaled inlo the project lo accommodate Verizon's entrance cable, there will be no costs <br /> to the developer for Verizon's cable. <br /> 1�\ <br />
