If a rearrangement of existing cables on premises or on the right-of-way is necessary, <br /> appropriate charges will be estimated and Verizon's Guaranty of Payment form will be <br /> fonvarded to you for your signature. Prior to commencement of Verizon's engineering for <br /> such rearrangement, a deposit will be required.
