5 <br /> include any such tourism and promotion materials in coaches' packets and/or website <br /> links. <br /> 10. NOTICE <br /> A. The parties shall work cooperatively to achieve a successful Tournament. <br /> B. Each party shall appoint a principal contact that shall assist the parties in <br /> performance of this Agreement. The NSA designates its Tournament Director and shall <br /> provide the City with contact information for the Tournament Director as soon as <br /> feasible. The City designates Lou Stevenson; and the Tourism Bureau designates Tammy <br /> Dunn. <br /> 11. RULES AND REGULATIONS <br /> A. Tournament Directors are responsible for informing all teams, coaches, officials <br /> and participants of City of Everett policies,procedures, rules and Park regulations. The <br /> NSA shall enforce the following regulations: <br /> 1. Alcohol and drug use is strictly prohibited anywhere. <br /> 2. Vehicles may only be parked in appropriate slots and areas <br /> 3. All litter must be placed in a garbage container <br /> 4. All pets must be leashed at all times in the Park and are not allowed in the <br /> cloverleaf area at Kasch Park and the Phil Johnson Ballfields because of <br /> crowding and safety concerns. <br /> 5. Watch for pedestrians <br /> 6. Overnight camping is not permitted in any Park <br /> 7. Metal cleats prohibited on all fields <br /> 8. No fence batting <br /> 9. Respect field maintenance personnel,no infield practice when crews are <br /> working on the fields. <br /> 10. Bicycles, skateboards,rollerblades, and scooters are not allowed in the <br /> cloverleaf area at Kasch Park and the Phil Johnson Ballfields. <br /> 13 <br />
