Account Number(s): Fund 339 <br /> Budget Remaining 290,477. <br /> Additional Required -0- <br /> DETAILED SUMMARY STATEMENT: <br /> The City of Everett wishes to enter in to a Professional Services Agreement with Tank Industry Consultants, <br /> Inc. to provide knowledgeable and experienced subconsultants for engineering, inspection and project <br /> management services for the upgrades to the Casino facilities. The project will involve construction of two <br /> elevated composite tanks, structural, electrical, instrumentation, mechanical and pumping improvements to <br /> the pump station as well as demolition of the existing standpipe. This project will also include related <br /> improvements to the site and landscaping. The Scope of Work also includes testing, start-up and operation <br /> assistance to bring the improvements on line. This project is expected to be completed by July 31,2011. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with Tanks Industry Consultants Inc. for <br /> the engineering and inspection portion of the Casino standpipe replacement project for an amount not to <br /> exceed $2,209,523. <br /> 1 5 <br />
