EXHIBIT A 6 <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> 1. Work to Be Performed <br /> The scope includes the anticipated professional engineering services needed for the Casino <br /> project, with options for construction scheduling. The scope includes finalizing the bidding <br /> documents for the numerous improvements and project management at the Casino site, and a <br /> First Anniversary Evaluation of construction of the first tank. <br /> 1.0. Casino Tank Replacement Project: <br /> The Casino Tank Replacement Project consists of fabrication and erection of two 2-million <br /> gallon composite elevated tanks, demolition of the existing Casino Standpipe,pump station <br /> modifications including structural improvements, electrical improvements, SCADA,power <br /> generation,piping improvements,cathodic protection, site and landscaping improvements, <br /> Operations and Maintenance manual, testing, and start-up assistance. The City requested that <br /> three options be examined: <br /> Option #1 —One Water Storage Tank to be Constructed on the Casino Site. <br /> Demolition of the Existing Standpipe, and Refurbishment of the Pump Station <br /> Option #2 — Two Water Storage Tanks to be Constructed Consecutively on the Casino Site. <br /> Demolition of the Existing Standpipe, and Refurbishment of the Pump Station <br /> Option #3 — Two Water Storage Tanks to be Constructed on the Casino Site, 1 Year Apart. <br /> Demolition of the Existing Standpipe, and Refurbishment of the Pump Station <br /> Revise Plans and Specifications <br /> Plans and Specifications(Fabrication and Erection of Two 2,000,000 Gallon Composite Elevated <br /> Tanks Including Foundation,Painting,Piping,Pumping Station Modifications, Site Work, <br /> Accessories, "Casino Elevated East and West Tanks"and Dismantling of One Existing <br /> 4,000,000 Gallon Steel"Casino Standpipe"dated December 22, 2004,W.O. #UP-3029-2)will <br /> be revised by TIC's project team to include modifications requested by the City. Modifications <br /> include addressing supplemental design review comments and creating the bid alternatives <br /> described above. <br /> 1.1 Project Administration <br /> This element will include coordination and management of the contract, staff, and <br /> subconsultants associated with the modifications of the construction documents as <br /> defined herein.
