A hearing was held on the application of Kenneth J. and Donna <br /> bi. Bosman, 6010 136th St. S .E, Everett, WA for a variance from <br /> Section 19 .14 . 050 , Everett �Sunicipal Code, Yard Requirements , <br /> Paragraph A, for permission to build a �single family residence <br /> to within ten (10) feet of the front property line rather than <br /> the code requirement of twenty (20) feet. <br /> LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot 128, Valley View, according to plat thereol' <br /> recorded in volume 27 of plats , pages 86 to 90 , <br /> inclusive , records of Snohomish County, Wash- <br /> ington, also that portion of Lot 129, Valley <br /> View, described as follows: Heginning at the <br /> Northeast corner of said Lot 129 ; thence <br /> South 0°25'13" West along East line of said <br /> Lot 129 for 147.93 feet; thence North 77�03 ' 23" <br /> . West for 262.62 feet to the Southwest corner of <br /> • said Lot 129; thence North along West line of <br /> said Lot 129 for 34.14 feet; thence North <br /> 77°32' 26" East along Plorth line of said Lot 129 <br /> for 258 .99 feet to Point of Beginning. <br /> . ADDRESS : Approx. 2927 Panaview Blvd. <br /> ZONING: R-1 Single Family Low Density Residence <br /> Mr. Bosman represented himself and mentioned the fact that a <br /> similar variance had been granted just to the north of his proposed <br /> residence and that he would build so as not to interfere with the <br /> view of others. <br /> ', There was some discussion from the audience for and against the <br /> proposal. The main problem dealt with drainage and it was felt <br /> � generally that more research is needed to provide proper drainage <br /> � in the Larimer Road area which lies below the proposed single <br /> family residence. <br /> i After visually viewing the subject property and considering all <br /> � the facts and testimony, it was moved by t•!r.
