EXHIBIT A-3 <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> 2. The proposed manpower budget for Engineer's Construction Manager (CM) and <br /> Inspector is based on the proposed construction schedule as described above. An <br /> increase in the construction schedule duration, caused by delay or other changes, will <br /> require an adjustment in the manpower budget indicated herein. The CM will provide <br /> all listed Contract Administration services at up to approximately 4 hours per day for <br /> up to 347 working days for a total budget of 1388 hours. A lead Inspector is <br /> budgeted for up to approximately 10 hours per day for up to 367 working days, <br /> assuming the contractor (and therefore inspector) is working 6 days per week, for a <br /> total budget of 3670 hours. <br /> VI. Items to Be Provided By the City <br /> The City will provide the following: <br /> A. Right of entry to all areas required for environmental studies, geotechnical explorations, <br /> surveying and other design activities. <br /> B. Provide any potholing required for City owned utilities and water services. <br /> C. Existing easement documents for the Engineer's review and information. <br /> D. Easement Acquisition. The City will provide all easement acquisition services required for <br /> the project and will convey to Engineer any special restoration requirements required by <br /> property owners. <br /> E. CASP Signatures. The City will acquire the necessary signatures on CASP documents <br /> from the underlying property owners. <br /> F. The City will provide a single set of consolidated review comments for reviews of draft <br /> reports, technical memoranda and contract documents submitted by Engineer within the <br /> time period indicated in the project design schedule shown on Exhibit C. <br /> G. The City will coordinate both the copying and distribution of the HDD prequalification <br /> documents to potential bidders and the opening of proposals received from HDD bidders. <br /> H. Other services to be provided by the City during construction including the following: <br /> 1. Final review and approval of Contractor progress payments. <br /> 2. Final review and approval of change orders. <br /> 3. Provide designated operations personnel to assist with pipeline draining, startup and <br /> testing of all facilities. <br /> 4.
