Review pile driving submittals including pile driving hammer/cushion configuration, <br /> driving refusal criteria, pile load test configuration and test results, PDA test program <br /> and results, and production pile installation records. <br /> 2. Review other miscellaneous submittals. <br /> 3. Attend up to 2 weekly Contractor meetings <br /> 4. Provide up to 4 one-day field trips such as during pile load tests, test pile driving, and <br /> production pile driving. <br /> H. HDD Installation Assistance. (BSE) <br /> HDD subconsultant Bennett-Staheli Engineers will provide HDD specialty office/field <br /> services in support of the HDD construction installation as follows: <br /> 1. Evaluate HDD shop drawing submittals for compliance to the intent of the contract <br /> documents. <br /> 2. Provide up to 120 hours of on-site HDD inspection services during pilot bore, ream <br /> drilling and pipe pullback operations. <br /> 3. Evaluate and provide recommendations to proposed field changes associated with the <br /> HDD installation. <br /> 4. Provide input to a construction report documenting existing and changed conditions, <br /> HDD drilling progress and field changes relative to installation of the HDD. <br /> I. Corrosion Protection System Assistance. <br /> Perform on-site inspection and testing services associated with the corrosion protection <br /> system assuming up to 50 hours to provide corrosion protection system <br /> assistance/inspection as required. <br /> J. Prepare Record Drawings <br /> Incorporate the Contractor's record information on the CAD design files. Changes in <br /> materials, elevations, and construction methods, as well as location, from that shown on the <br /> plans shall be shown based on the information provided by the Contractor. Final electronic <br /> AUTOCADD files and a paper set of record drawings will be provided. <br /> K. Schedule of Work and Budgeted Hours-Construction Services <br /> 1.
