(Subsection 41.100.B) Zf no appeal <br /> � is filed in response to the Planning Director�s determination, <br /> ��� the decision will be considered final. If an appeal of the <br /> decision is filed, such an appeal must be submitted to the City's <br /> Hearing Examiner. As a property owner within 300 feet of the <br /> ��� subject property, this notice is to inform you that the Planning <br /> � Director has issued a determination on the proposed action as <br /> described below. <br /> w' @ACRGROUND: Keith and Dianna Swartz, the owners of the property <br /> located at 517 Pecks Dr. , have applied for a Planning Director's <br /> Determination to allow for an accessory dwelling unit at the <br /> �� above address. The proposal is to allow for the construction of <br /> a 144 square foot addition to the existing 1,772 square foot <br /> � single family residence located on the subject property. The 144 <br /> ( �� square foot addition, and an existinq 392 square foot recreation <br /> room are to be built/converted and used as an accessory dwelling <br /> unit. The total building area after the addition would be 1,916 <br /> �+'�� square feet, of which a maximum of 353 nay be used for an <br /> accessory dwelling unit. ' The property is zoned R-2, Single <br /> Family Residential. Accessory dwellinq units are permitted <br /> subject to approval by the Planning Director using Review Process <br /> II.B. <br />
