Each single fa=ily dwelling on a legal buildinq lot <br /> �� ahall have not �ore than one accessory dvellinq unit. <br /> No accessory dvellinq �ay be located in any detached <br /> �� accessory structure. <br /> � The proposed action is for one unit only, and the <br /> entire unit will be attached to the original residence. <br /> 3 . One of the dvelling units shall be occupied by one or <br /> ■ore ovners of the property as the owner's peraanent <br /> and principal residence. <br /> �� <br /> The owners of the property have submitted a <br /> certification that they both own and reside at the <br /> ��� subject property. <br /> �� <br /> 4. The floor area of the accessory dvelling unit shall not <br /> eYceed thirty-five percent of the total floor area of <br /> �� the structure. <br /> The floor area of the entire structure will be 1,916 <br /> square feet.
