Said building has been vacant for a <br /> period in excess of one (1) year . <br /> on the following described property: <br /> The East Half of the North Half of Lot 12 , Peck' s IIay <br /> View Tracts, Snohomish County, Washington. <br /> 518 Peck' s Drive <br /> AND J ��HEREAS, January 7 , 1974 was fi:ced as the date uf <br /> hearing on said application and proper notice having been <br /> given as required Uy law, <br /> AND: WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on said date and <br /> was postponed until January S , 1974 and the Board of Adjustment, <br /> after reviewing all testimoney, made the findings that: <br /> 1. There are exceptional circumstances that apply to the <br /> subject property that do not apply to the other properties <br /> in the same vicinity in that the building is of a <br /> commercial nature and coas annexed to the City. <br /> 2. Granting the variance will not be injurious to other <br /> prop��rties in the same area, inasmuch as all neighbors <br /> are :.n support and the building has e�isted for some time. <br /> 3 . The grantinq of the variance will not adversely affect <br /> the comprehensive general plan. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, based on the foreqoing findings: <br /> BB IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF EVERETT BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT that <br /> said application be GRANTED with the follo�ving stipulation: <br /> If the building is to be used for anything other than a <br /> bookkeeping office or if there are to be more than two (2) <br /> persons employed at any time, then the owner must come <br /> before the Board of Adjustment for review and approval. <br /> AND: BE IT PINALLY ORDER�D that a copy of this written <br /> order be transmitted to the applicant for their information. <br /> DATS OF ACTION: January 8 , 1974 <br /> c.� �--s�ti,.-�--%� <br /> Reid H.
