Special charges for connection to the utilities system in <br /> accordance with Ordinance 1171-85 are applicable. The <br /> actual cost shall be computed by the Buildinq Department <br /> per the ordinance in effect at the time and according to <br /> the information provided on the approved plans on the date <br /> i��, of permit issuance. <br /> � 2. Detailed drainage calculations must be submitted to <br /> determine if whether on-site detention is required. In <br /> � lieu of providing on-site detention, if the downstream <br /> �_�� stormwater systems have the capacity to handle the <br /> additional runoff, then payment to City Drainage Fund 340 <br /> is allowed. <br /> I ��� 3. Detailed drawings in accordance 'with City Design and <br /> ��! Construction Standards shall be submitted to the Public <br /> Works Department showing site parking layout, landscaping, <br /> utilities, storm drainage, temporary construction erosion <br /> �`'`�� control, and all required improvements in the public <br /> right-of-way. Public t9orks Department approval of these <br /> drawings is required prior to any permits being issued. <br /> All improvements shall be completed, approved, and <br /> ' �► warranted before the Occupancy Permit is issued. <br /> r�.r <br /> I 4.
