The COUNTY <br /> also agrees to display signs and notices denoting the capability of its equipment and facilities on <br /> its premises where coins or currency are accepted or dispensed, including on each vending <br /> machine. <br /> Section 15 <br /> Insurance <br /> In addition to other insurance requirements that may apply, the COUNTY agrees as follows: <br /> Minimum Requirements. At a minimum, the COUNTY agrees to comply with the insurance <br /> requirements normally imposed on the COUNTY by its State and local laws, regulations, and <br /> ordinances, except to the extent that the Federal Government determines otherwise in writing. <br /> Section 16 <br /> Termination <br /> In addition to the Parties' agreement with regard to termination for convenience as set forth in <br /> the Agreement, the Parties shall comply with 49 C.F.R. 18.43 and, if either Party terminates for <br /> convenience the Master Agreement or a Task Order, the Parties shall comply with 49 C.F.R. <br /> 18.44. <br /> A. STATE's Termination for Convenience. If the STATE decides, as set forth in the <br /> Agreement, to terminate for convenience the Agreement or any Task Order the Parties shall <br /> agree upon the termination conditions including the effective date and, in the case of a partial <br /> termination of a Task Order, the portion to be terminated. <br /> B. COUNTY's Termination for Convenience. If the COUNTY decides to terminate for <br /> convenience the Agreement or any Task Order the COUNTY shall set forth the reasons for the <br /> termination, the effective date, and, in the case of partial termination of a Task Order, the portion <br /> to be terminated. If, in the case of partial termination, the STATE determines that the remaining <br /> portion of the Task Order will not accomplish the purposes of the Task Order, the STATE may <br /> terminate the Task Order in its entirety under either 49 C.F,R. 18.43 or 49 C.F.R. 18.44(a). <br /> C. STATE's Termination for COUNTY's Noncompliance. If the COUNTY materially fails to <br /> comply with a term of the Agreement or a Task Order as set forth in 49 C.F.R. 18.43 (a) the <br /> STATE, in addition to the other remedies set forth in 49 C.F.R. 18.43, may terminate the <br /> Agreement and/or such Task Order. <br /> GCA 6141 Exhibit A FTA Provisions Page 12 of 12 <br />
