Checklist Review 1/80-65 <br /> I <br /> PROPOSAL: <br /> The construction of a 262-room hotel and convention center including a <br /> restaurant and lounge at the Southeast corner of Pacific and Pine. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department that issuance <br /> of a Negative Declaration be subject to the following: <br /> 1. A detailed drawing shall be submitted to the Public Norks Department <br /> showing parking layout, landscaping, driveways, utilitics, storm drainage, <br /> and all required improvements to the public right-of-way. Public Works <br /> Department approval of these drawings is required before any permits <br /> are issued. All improvements shall be completed before the Occupancy <br /> Permit is issued. <br /> As-builts, easement, and a one year Warranty Bond in the amount <br /> of 10% of tlie cost of construction of the public water system are <br /> required within 10 working days of obtaining public water connection. <br /> 2. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris during construction. <br /> 3. During construction, all truck traffic to and from the site within the <br /> City of Everett shall be on arterial streets unless otherwise approved <br /> by the Public Works Department. <br /> 4. Participation in the North end sewer capital improvement benefit <br /> area is required. <br /> S. On-site detention is not required. A temporary erosion and sedimentation <br /> control plan must be approved by the Public Norks Department before <br /> any clearing, grading or other site preparation can begin. Drainage <br /> calculations to be submitted on City Drainage Plan submission form. <br /> Reseeding of exposed earth is required within 30 days of completion <br /> of earth �vork. Drainage systems �vill have to be developed to transfer <br /> , storm water to existing systcros by approved methods. <br /> 6. A preconstruction conference on Civil Engineering portion of project <br /> is required prior to approval of Public \Vorks Permit.
