Palmer <br />3209 Pine <br />Everett, Washington 98201 <br />Dear Mr. Palmer <br />In accordance with City of Everett Traffic Code Section 171, relating to <br />abandoned, wrecked, dismantled, or inoperative vehicles or automobile <br />hulks, or parts thereof in the City of Everett, an inspection has been <br />made of the above premises and the Inspection Department has found the <br />following violations to exist. Therefore, because of the violations <br />listed below, you are hereby notified that under ;.aid Traffic Code you <br />have ten (10) days from the date of this certifies notice to either <br />remove all junk vehicle violations or to request a. public hearing before <br />the Everett City Council to the question of removal of the vehicle or <br />part thereof as a public nuisance. <br />Your refusal to take the necessary action to remove this auto will result <br />in the impoundment cf vehicle by the Police Department. <br />Costs of abatement and removal of such vehicles may be assessed against <br />the last registered owner of the vehicle, if he cr.n be located, or the <br />owner of the real property on which this vehicle :s parked. <br />Violations: <br />Chevrolet <br />License No. ONY 134 <br />Color Blue <br />Last registered in 1971 <br />Condition Engine and whells missing. <br />L:.cation Rear yard of property at 3209 Pine. <br />If you desire furtlier information in this matter, please call 259-8835. <br />Robert K.
