Palmer <br />3209 Pine <br />Everett, Washington <br />In accordance with City of Everett Traffic Code Section 171, relating to <br />abandoned, wrecked, dismantled, or inoperative vehicles or automobile <br />hulks, or parts thereof in the City of Everett, an inspection has been <br />made of the above premises and the Inspection Department has found the <br />following violations to exist. Therefore, because of the violations <br />listed below, you are hereby notified that under said Traffic Code you <br />have ten (10) days from the date of this certified notice to either <br />remove all junk vehicle violations or to request :. public hearing before <br />the Everett City Couacil to the que;etion of remov;sl of the vehicle or <br />part thereof as a pudic nuisance. <br />Your refusal to cake the necessary action to remote this auto will result <br />in the impoundment of vehicle by the Police Department. <br />Costs of abatement and removal of such vehicles mey be assessed against <br />the last registered owner of the vehicle, if he cen be located, or the <br />owner of the real property on whir', this vehicle is parked. <br />License No. No license Last registered in <br />Engine, wheels missing. <br />at 3209 Pine Street. <br />If you desire further information in this matter, please call 259-8835. <br />Robert K.
