(Zoning Code) Off -Street Parking, for <br />permission to provide two (2) parking spaces for a proposed <br />commercial building rather than the six (6) parking stalls <br />that the Code requires. <br />Legal Description: Portion of Lots 15 L• 16, Block 753, <br />Everett Land Co., Pirst Add. <br />Address: 3229 Pine <br />St. <br />Zoning: C-2 Heavy <br />Commercial -Light Industrial <br />Mr.. NcwlanC made the following <br />remarks: <br />1. 1"r. Virgil <br />Morgan, Jr. read a letter prepared by Mr. Morgan, Sr. and la <br />gave the following reasons for their disapproval. <br />1. Pine Street already has parking density problems <br />in this block which will be worsened if this <br />variance is granted. <br />
