WNNINOTON <br />9,20, <br />On April 8 and August 22, I visited your site to review your expansion project <br />for the occupancy permit. I found that you are not in compliance with all of <br />the conditions listed on tti Deteraination of Yon-Signifioance that was issued <br />for the proposal. The condl Uons that still need to be complied with are: <br />12. Landscaping of the Pine St. frontage and of the parking area must be <br />provided in compliance with Section 19.40.050 of the Zoning Code and <br />Section 1.13 of the Standards and Specifications Manual. <br />13. Landscape screening consisting of evergreen plant materials shall be <br />provided adjacent to the I-5 freeway. <br />14. The chain link fence next to the single family house to the south must <br />be slatted to provide project separation and to control light and glare <br />from the parking area. <br />Condition 12 has been partially completed, however additional landscaping is <br />needed in the parking area and on the frontage to comply with Section 1.13 of <br />the Standards and Specifications Manual.
