Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding <br />properties. (SEPA Earth, Land and Shoroline Use PoNcias.) <br />2. Prior to issuance of any permits, the Applicant must pay a mitigation fee of <br />$1,280 per the Interim Traffic MiUgation Ordinence No. 1670-89, as amended. <br />(SEPA Transportatlon Policies) <br />The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable <br />signiftcant adverse impact on the environment. M Environmental Impact Statement is <br />not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This determination assumes complfance <br />with State law and City ordinances related to general environmental protection induding <br />but not limited to right-0t-way improvement requirements, drainage, etc. Th�s decision <br />was made after review oi a completed envlronmental checkllst and other informatbn on <br />file with the lead agency. This informatlon is available to the publ(c on roquest. Thls <br />Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance is specifically condfdoned on complia�ce <br />wfth the conditlons attached hereto which are incorporated by reference as lf fully set <br />forth herein. <br />
