Rooftop mechanical equipment, induding vents, must be screened per Section 39.040 of the Zoning Code. 15. There are no building setbacks required by the zoniny oode. Buildiny height shall be e maximum of 65 feet 16. Landscapin� must be provided per Section 35 of the Zoniny Code. At a minimum this must indude the following: a. A landscape strip a minimum of ten feet wide must be provided along 33rd Street and Pine where the pa�lcing lot is proposed, exoept for the driveway. This area shall be planted with Type III landscaping. b. A landscape sMp a minimum of five feet wide must be provided alony the south property line of the proposed parking lot. The landscaping plan must sh�w location and dimensions of requlrod vegetated swales, wetponds, detention ponds, rocke�ies and retaining walls, and grading at 2 foot intervels. Imgation systems must be provided in all landscaped areae per Section 35.130 of the Zoning Code. A 2 year maintenance assurance device must be provided for the landscaping per SeGion 35.1306 of the Zoning Code.
