The building does not have a foundation. It is presently <br />supported on temporary cribbing situated under the North and <br />South ends of the building. 1�is cribbing was used during <br />the relocation of the building. <br />4. Floor 3oists are sagging und separating at connected joints <br />do�m through the middle of the building from front to back. <br />5. The horizontal structural integrity of the building is <br />beginning to show stress in members which sag, thereby <br />causing deterioration of structural components, all of which <br />is due to the lack of proper Eoundation supports for the <br />building. <br />6. The building is open to the public and is a hazardous <br />nuisance to the liealth, safety and welfare of inquisitive <br />minors in the areu as well as the general puhlic. <br />Vi�lations pursuant to Sec. 16.G8.20, of the �verett Municipal Code: <br />1. The building has been situated on the new property for more than <br />120 days. Upon the completion of the moving of any building, the <br />ocmer shall proceed within ten days to bring the building into <br />compliance with the approved pinns and all requirements of the <br />'Loning Ordinance, Fire Code, Building Code, Mechanical Code, <br />Plumbing Code, and Electrical Code as adopted by the City Council, <br />and all such work shall be completed within one hundred twenty <br />days from the issuance of the building relocation permit. <br />In the event the work is not completea us herein stipulated, the <br />owner shall forfeit the bond and the Building Official shall use <br />any such bond to either complete the work or have the Uuilding <br />demolished or removed from the city. <br />Deficiencies noted pursuant to Sec. 302 of the Uniform Code for the Abatement <br />of Dangerous Buildings: <br />1. The building is an attractive nuisance to children. <br />2. The building Uas been relocated to its present location and is <br />lacking a foundation. Floor joists are sagging as a result of no <br />foundation support. <br />—2— <br />
