Tiie building has been left 3n this condition for months, and is u public nuisance and a hazard to the health safety and welfare oF the public. 4. The building is in such a condition as to constitute a public nuisunce Icnown to the common law and in equity jurisprudence. II. Tlie above-described building shall either Ue repaired in accordance with all current Building Codes or demolished. III. Since the building is uninhabitable in its present condition, it shall re�cain vacant until such time as the building is repaired in accordance with tlie present Uniform Building Code or demolished. IV. If the owners elect to repair the building in accordance with the current Uniform Ruilding Code, all required permits must be secured therefore, and the work physically commenced within sixty i60) days of the date of this Order. All work must be completed within ninety (90) days of the date of this Order. V. If the owners elect to demollsh the building, all required permits shall be secured therefore within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order. Such demolition must be completed within sixty C60) days from the date oE this Order. iVI. Ii the required repair work or demolition is not commenced within the '�� time set forth in Paragrnphs IV, and V, the City of Everett will order �� the building to remain vacated and proceed to cause the building to be demolished and charge the costs thereof against the property or its awner. VII. Any person having any record title or legal interest in the bullding may appeal from [his Notice und Order to the Housing Advisory and Appeals Board. Failure to appeal will constitute a waiver of all ri�ht to an administrative hearing and determinntion ot the mntter. VII.
