The above-described building shall either bc repaired in accordance with all current <br />Building Codes and other applicable codcs or demolished. <br />IV. Since the building is uninhabitable in its present condition, it shall remain vacant until <br />such time as the building is repaired in accordance with the current Building Codes or <br />demolished. <br />V. If the owners elect to repair the building in accordance wiih the cunent Building Codes, <br />all required permits must be secured therefore, and the work physically commenced <br />withm sixty (60) days of the date of this Order. All work must '�e completed within <br />ninety (90) days of the date of this Ordcr. <br />Vl. If the owners elect to demolish Ihe building, all required permits shall be secured <br />therefore within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order. Such demolition must be <br />completed within sixty (60) days from the date of Ihis Order. <br />VII. <br />VIII <br />IX. <br />If the required repair work or demolition is not conunenced within the time set fonh in <br />Paragraphs V and V[, the City of Everett will order the building ro remain vacated and <br />proceed to cause the building to be demolished and charge the costs thereof against the <br />property or its owners. <br />Any person having any record title or legal inlerest in the building may appea� from this <br />Notice and Order ro the Housing Advisory and Appeals Board. Such appeal must be in <br />writing as is requirecl in the Unifonn Housing Code and filed with the City of Everett <br />Building Official within thirty (30) days from the date of service of this Notice and <br />Order.
