The electrical system in the dwelling unit includes wiring that was not installed under <br />permit as well as other discrepancies in the panel and outlets. This is a violation of EHC <br />Secrion 1001.5 <br />ACTION <br />Plumbing and electrical pertnits must be obteined for the cortection of the violallons <br />noted above within the building. Permits may be obtained at 3200 Codar Street, 2"d floor. <br />It is suggested that licensed contractors be secured in order to correct the deficiencies <br />within the building. All deficient wiring and plumbing must be ezposed and o�;^n for <br />inspection. <br />Enclosed please find a plumbing and electrical permit application.
