There is, however, a dedicaCed street (Commercial Avenue) sepr.raCing the propertics. This street is 25 feet wide. There is no evidence that Mr. Diedrich has made any aCtempt to use Che land acquired from P. U. D. , possiUly Uecause it would require fencing. At Che present time the horse is confined Co a corral that is adjaccnC to the stable and has an approximaCe arca of 5, 000 squarc feeC. The horse appears healthy and conCenCed. On June 7, 1971, Mr. Diedrich applied for, and was granted, a permiC to construc[ a 16x16 slorage shed. This sCruclure was laCer converted into a slaUle for dte horse.
