Sales tax shall be <br />included in the base bid. <br />14. It was pointed out the Contractor cannot place liens aqainst the <br />� property. <br />15. Permit will be available by mid-February. <br />16. The question was asked who is responsible for patchinq at electrical <br />work. The General Contractor will make that determination. <br />17. Contractors will be required to carry builders risk insurance. <br />E.H.A. will continue to carry property insurance. <br />18. F.S. and G.S. Service inc. is the contractor for the abatement. <br />19. The presence of a high pressure gas line 8' behind the unit at 1338- <br />1348 Poplar was stressed. Caution should be taken in this�area. <br />20. A copy of the pre-bid conference/walk-thru sign up sheet as well as <br />plan holders list is attached. <br />21. Finish on concrete work will need to be comparable to existin3 new <br />porches. Sacking and grinding may be required, <br />22. It was pointed out that existing wood porches and ramps would be <br />removed by abatement contractor.
