In response to your request, we are granting a 180 day extension for the above referenced permit. This permit will remain valid until October 10, 2001. I understand that a portion of the work permitted his been completed, and that the remainder of the work will be completed soon. The permit may be maintained in an active status by requesting inspection at least once each 180 days to document progress. If work ceases for more than 180 days, the permit will expire, the Uniform Building Code stipulates that no permit shall be extended more than once. This extension does not allow for any change in scope of the project.
