The <br />Appiicant is granted a variance for a reduction in parking <br />from the required two spaces per unit to one parking <br />space per unit for the projed. Tne request was made to allow constn�ction <br />of 150 muftiple-family units on the proposed lots. Phaae � oi the Proposal will consiat of <br />devalopment of 50 multiple-family units on lot 2A as depided on the plat map. Pheses <br />II and III will be constn�ded in the future.
