I found Mr. Neisinger to be very co-
operative and he also took time off from his job in order
to be in attendance at t}ie house during the inspection.
While the inspection was conducted, the City IIuilding Inspector,
Wally Christopherson, was in attendance.
The City of Everett enforces the 1979 l:dition of the Uniform
Housing Code and during the inspectior. the following iolations
were noted:
+% The front porch is rotted and deteriorated with holes
in it creating a hazard to anyone who walks on it.
` The pillars on the frnt porch that support the roof
overhang are deteriorated and one was noted to be
loose.
Light fixtures in the ho»se funr.tion with pull chains.
The pulleys on all fixtures are missing and the light
bulbs have to be physically handled to obtain light.
