There was no light bulb provided for the light fixture <br />in the bathroom. <br />,�5: There was an illegal use of an electrical extension cord <br />used to provide electrical service in the attic space. <br />The extension cord was plugged in a receptacle located <br />in the living room, extending through the kitchen, into <br />the bathroom•going the length of the bathrocm to the <br />access doorway of the attic, up the steps and completely <br />across the attic (from back to the front) to provide <br />� electrical service for a radio. There are illegal <br />electrical light fixtures and outlets in the attic <br />space, <br />�. 'Phere is Plammable wood installed on the walls of the <br />living room and kitchen. The woodburni.ng stove in the <br />living room is placed too close to the wall where this <br />wood is located. The stove pipe connected to tne stove <br />is also too close to the wall plus there is a large <br />hole (approx. 1"x2") located in the elbow connection of <br />the stove pipe. <br />�. In the kitchen area the wood is located on the wall <br />behind and above the cooking range. Tlie wood covers the <br />chimney area in the kitchen and has two burned areas <br />directly across from where the pipe enters the chimney <br />on the opposite side. <br />8. The safety relief valve on the hot watcr tank is not <br />vented. <br />9. There are Uare wires on the top of the hot water tank. <br />�. There is only half a lavatory on the wall in.the bathroom. <br />11. The bathtub has an illegal plumbing fixture.
