I. Description of Violation The.following conditions constitute a violation under Section 19.41.050A of the Everett Municipal Code which states: Unless otherwise exempted by city building regulations, no person, firm or corporation shall erect, construct, enlarge, expand, alter, repair, move, remove, convert or demolish, equip, use, occupy, or maintain any building or structure ( including signs) or cause or permit the same to be done without obtaining a building permit or a sign permit. Our records indicate that the recent addition to the garage in the rear yard of your property was constructed without the building permit. II.
