Hough <br />September 2, 1999 <br />You are scheduled to appear before the Violations Hearing Examiner on: <br />HEARING DATE: Thursday, October 7, 1999, at 9:00 a.m. at <br />LOCATION: City of Everett Violations Kearing Room <br />Wall Street Building <br />2930 Wetmore Avenue, Suite 8-C <br />Everett, WA 98201 <br />IV. Penal : <br />If you fail to complete the Corrective Action by the date required or appear at the <br />hearin¢, the hearing examiner may issue r•• Order that may include some or all of <br />the following: <br />(1) A requirement that the violation(s) described in Section I be corrected within a <br />certain time period. <br />(2) A fine in an amount of up to Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00). <br />(3) Authorization for the City or its designated agent to take corrective action and <br />assess the costs against the person(s) to whom this violation citation is issued if <br />the violation is not completely corrected by within the time period set forth in <br />the order. <br />Also, violation of the terms of a hearing examiner's order is a misdemeanor offense. <br />If you have any questions about this violation citation or about what you must do to avoid <br />penalties, please call me at (425) 257-8680.
