The tenants had almost finished moving out therefore. As a result of the deficiencies noted during the inspection and the seriousness of the deficiencies, I posted the house "Illegal To Occupy". 1, ps I entered the back yard, I notices raw sewage� shWa �om ng out of paper, human feces, and a strong odor. The pipe is not attached to the sewer system. It was obvtous that this problem had been on going for weeks or longer. The ground was very saturated and a large area covered with the waste. The faucet in the sink drips and could not be shut off. The hood/fan over the cook stove is not secure in place and is apt to fall and cause a serious problem or cause the wiring to break causing a serious problems.
