Since this is an ongoing problem and has now started <br />to affect the neighboring property• <br />It is recommended that the side sewer of this property be thoroughly inspecced for <br />brakes, and any other problems which may be causmg this continuous blockage of <br />sewage. <br />Further, the house located on the rear of this propeccy is not occupied at this time. I <br />knocked on the door and was told by the tenant of tt►e main house that the door was <br />open.
