The countertop in the kitchen shall be repaired so that it <br />is non-absorbent. <br />2. The bathroom off the kitchen shall be enclosed according <br />to the Uniform Building Code. <br />The illegal plumbing fixture in the bathtub shall be <br />changed to prevent siphonage of tub water back to the <br />potable water. <br />3. Foundation supports shall be replaced in accordance with <br />present day codes. <br />4. There is dampness in the foundation area; ventilation is <br />required. <br />5. Steps leading to the basement shall be repaired. A hand <br />rail shall be provided on the basement stairway. <br />6.
