Provi$e heating facilities that will maintain a room temperature <br />of 70 F at a point tfiree feet above the floor in all habitable <br />rooms. <br />A building permit was issued in May 1985 for repair of water damage. This <br />permit does not cover all the work necessary on the structure. Additional <br />permits may be obtained from the Building Inspection Division. All correc- <br />tions must meet the present building, plumbing a�d electrical codes.
