Obtain necessary building permits from the City of Everett's Building <br />Department. Compliance with the State Building Code is required. <br />3. If the proposed garage is to include plumbing, the portion of the existing <br />side sewer which runs under the new structure will have to be upgraded to <br />meet the UPC standards. Further, the proposed stru��ture's downspouts <br />must be connected to the side sewer. <br />4. The maximum height of the garage shall not exceed 19.75 feet in height <br />above the base elevation. <br />5. The garage's siding and roofing material must be similar to the existing <br />residence. <br />6.
