These comments address building issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the 1997 Uniform Building code, as amended by the State of Washington and/or the Washington State Energy Code, 2.000 edition, unless noted othenvise. This review does not cover submitted mechanical, sprinkler, electrical or plumbing documents — these permits must be obtained separately and may require further review and submission of plans. In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the Building Division with two complete new sets of drawings retlecting the corrections requested. This review letter is for the Vehicle Maintenance Building only. The comciants for the Maintenance and Operations Building are under a separate letter. General This building is within allowable area for V-N construction (using the sprinkler system for an area increase per Section 505.3) and could be re-classified. Altematively, the building could be classifed as a V 1-HR with the sprinkler system substituting in lieu of one-hour 6re-resistance as allowed in Section 508.
