Please submit standard sizc sheets for plan re��iew, instead of half-size. <br />Co��struction <br />1. Compliance with naturai ventilar.ion, mechanical ventilation, and exhaust requirements <br />should be identified on the mechanical drawinys with notes, so lhat someone else could <br />construct them. <br />a. The exhaust fans and ducts to the exterior and outside air should be shown on <br />the drawings, per IBC section 1203.1 and IMC table 403.3 ventilation rates. <br />i. Toilets require 25 CFM identifying continuous or 50 CFM intermittent <br />operations, identifying continuous or intermittent operations, dra�ving <br />outside air per IMC 403.8.6.1.
