Additional revisions or additions may be <br />required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). AIl references refer to the <br />2003 International Residential Code, as amended by the State of Washington andlor <br />Washington State Energy Code 2004 Eciition, and adopted by the City of Everett, unless stated <br />otherwisc. <br />In order for tl�e processin� of yo��r application .+.o contim�e, it will be <br />necessary to provide tl►e Building Division with two complete new sets of <br />drawings retlecting tl�e corrections requested. <br />Plans do not sl�ow how strucwre meets minimum requirements of Washington State <br />Energy Code (WSGC). Provide minimum R-38 in ceiling (R-30 Q vaulted), R-21 in <br />ncw exterior walls, R-IS in existing 2x4 exterior walls, and R-30 in the floor. <br />2. The plan as submitted does not meet the prescriptive requirements for lateral bracing. <br />Provide lateral analysis prepared by a licensed Washington State Structural Engineer. <br />Providc 6-mil black moisture barrier in crawl space, lap edges 12". <br />Provide Jetail(s) for footing/post connection and post/beam connection capable of <br />resisting lateral displacement and uplift. <br />Show how roof structurc over living/kitchen is supported to thc foundation. <br />Sliow existing finished grade on all elevations. <br />Provide 100 cfin exhaust fan in kitchen. Vent to the outside. <br />8. Provide typical building section. <br />9.
