Wandasiewicz, <br />The plans have been examined, and the dra�vings submilted are incomplete, as noted below. <br />Some of the comments are general in nature, s�nce additional details are required. Plan revie�v <br />will commence when rivo sets of c:rawings are submitted to resolve the following issues. Please <br />provide a response letter, which shows where each item in this correction letter is addressed on <br />the plan set. <br />General <br />1.. Please submit nvo separate applications for each building, identifying the number of <br />apartments in each. <br />RCW 64.55'Construction Defect Disputes-Mult�unit Residential Bui!dings' applies to each <br />building. Please submit the method by which your dient will comply, summarized on thc <br />attached worksheet, per building. Typically, for full compliance, the architect submilting <br />the drawings sl�ould sign a certification for compliance on the cover sheet, per RCW <br />64.55 <br />3. The civil and architectural sets are reviewed saparately by diffierent divisions within the <br />City oP Everett. For reference consistency, the civil drawings have been removed, since <br />they are not reviewed as part of the building permit application. <br />i. Floor area should be shown on lhe code analysis per floor, separately for eacl� buildin9. <br />The occupancy calculations should also be shci•m pe� i7oor, separately for each building. <br />The code analysis should indude the separate occupancy lype(s), and thc oaupancy <br />loads, per IBC fables 503 and 1004.1.1. <br />2. The community room in 1130 Rainier Ave should bt dassified in the code analysis as <br />either a B occupancy or as an A-3 occupancy, per IBC section 303.1. <br />3. Please indicate a posted occupancy sign on the dra,vings for the community room in <br />1130 Rainier Ave, and the outdoor dining area, or a safe dispersal area used for the <br />
