Tne dra�vings should be clear enough that someone else can construct the building and <br />site from the plans, without further clarification. The items noted in this Ietter are <br />required for building parmit, to indude several dimensions, references on plans, and <br />details. <br />2. Previous comment: Please submit hvo separate applications for each building, <br />identifying the number of apartmenls in cach. <br />a. 61302-017.• The revised pe�mit application for Building A refe�s to its� lf inr the <br />valuation. A di(ferent valuation ia�as submitted by e-mad. Please darify the �nal <br />valuation of building A on the attached pe�mit applicatron and resubmit. <br />b. 61309-013: The 'ne�v'perntif applrcation for Building B refers to 8uilding A for <br />the valuation. A different valuafion ivas submitted by e-mail, based on adual <br />square footage. Please da�i(y the final valuation of building 8 on fhe attached <br />permit application and resubmit. <br />Pre��ious commenf: For full compliance, the architect submitting the dravings should <br />sign and stamp a certifcation for cor,ipliance ior each buildinn listed on the cover sheet, <br />per RCW 6�i.55. <br />Occupancy <br />1. Previous comment: Floor area should be shotivn on the code analysis per floor, <br />separately for each building. The ocapancy calculations should also be shoevn per <br />floor, separately for each building, per IBC tables 503 and 1004.1.1. <br />a.
