Also, as noted in <br /> Roberta's 1Mter of April lst, the likelihood of that happening is vPry remote. � <br /> NhIle It is true that there is no charge for the right of way use permit, a huilding <br /> permtt is also required and it's fee Is baaed upon the cost of lahor and materials. <br /> The only other charEe that might be Involved would Se for the fill materiai <br /> requlred (approximately 31 cubic yards). 1 believe you would be exempt irom this <br /> charge, but lf not, it is a $10 fee for less than 50 yards. <br /> There would be no lease involved in your sttuation. A lease agreement is used <br /> only for commerclal use of publlc property, such as a bustness parlcing lot <br /> encroaching on a rip,ht of u�ay. <br /> The "Valid for 60 Days" on the permtt refers to construction time and may he <br /> extended at your request. The buildIng permit is valid as long as work <br /> commences wiYhin 130 days and Is noi abandoned or suspended for over 180 days <br /> Qrior to completion of the work. it is also permissable to have thls extended <br /> , once for an addidonal I80 days. <br /> In regard to proFosIng vacatton, the lnformation provided by Cralg Pullerton is <br /> wrrect except that the fee fur the Enviro�mental Checklist Revle�v has bee� <br /> revised and the Applicallon Fee would be $200, not $250.
