VVHEREAS, on March 16, 2005,Everett City Council concutred with the recommendation of the Historical Commission with conditions(a) through (e) above; and WHEREAS, on July 20, 2005„ E�•crett City Council approved cha��ges to the Comprehensi��e Plan Land Use map and rezones to allow expansion of PEMC into Block 248 of the Donuvan District by Ordinance No. 2850-05, which includes Development Standards and Guidelines; and WHEREAS,the Evereit Municipal Code states in Section 2.96.O60C(3)that the decision conceming the granting or denial of a ceriificate of appropriateaess shall be made by the mayor(or designee) on the advice of the commission accurding to the standards established in the commission's rules; and 1�VHEREAS,thc Mayor has designatcd the City's Building Official to render the decision in this mattcr, NOW,THEREFORE,tlie Building Official approves a Certificate of Appropriateness to re-construct, alter, restore, remodel, repair, or move the house located at 1322 Oakes Avenue,with the lbllowing condition�: (a) P�MC shall be required to comply with the recommendations,conditions and standards detailed in Ciry Council Ordinancc No. 2850-OS and exhibits thereto, 1ll of �vhich arc incorporated herein by reference. (b) PEMC will makc evcry cffort to avoid damage to tlic Dono��an houses being moved off Block 245. (c) The houscs will Uc mo��cd and relocated following established sta��dards for rclocation of historic properties which prese��e the historic integrity of the structures. (d) PEMC �vill complctc a thorough pliolographic documentation of Block 248 and the strcetscapc of the 1300 block oC Oakes as they now e�ist. (e) An e�liiUit or display depicting the history and characteristics of the Dono��an District�vill Uc included in new devclopment on Block 248.
